Duane brings more than 46 years of experience to our team. He joined our company in 2012 and handles all heat-treating services with 6 regional, national, and international firms. Further, Duane got his start in the business as an entry-level trainee to VP of Operations, and is now our Corporate General Manager for our Heat Treat Operations. In addition, he has experience setting up multiple heat treat centers around America and internationally from the ground up. This includes providing operational training to each facility. Detail-oriented, his job also requires project management skills in designing systems to meet customer’s needs. Additional responsibilities are to provide management and oversight to heat treating operations and corporate projects.
