Lead times for all projects and services are based on workdays Monday through Friday. We promise to be as diligent as possible to give you a fast turnaround. However, wait time may be longer depending on the quantity and complexity of parts. Our team will communicate with you to understand your expectations and to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Estimated Lead times are calculated by the MFCO operating system based on the operations required to complete each job per the specifications provided. The number of operations generates an estimated completion date. It is difficult to calculate a job completion time to the hour due to several factors, such as varying quantities, differences in part sizes, masking complexity, and other variables. Firm promise dates can be obtained by contacting your Customer Service Representative. The estimated lead time begins when the order has physically been entered into the MFCO system.
A standard expedite is an additional charge for reducing the standard published estimated lead time. Other options are available to reduce turn times. Please contact your Customer Service Representative if you have any questions concerning these guidelines.
