Mexico Paint Facility

Metal Finishing Company is pleased to announce we have expanded into an additional 50,000 square feet of manufacturing space located within our existing building in Chihuahua City, Mexico. This expansion houses our new aerospace painting department and has allowed us to improve our product flow throughout our facility. The area features (6) large paint booths and (2) dedicated curing ovens along with plenty of room for additional growth. Additionally, we have re-located masking resources so that we are now able to mask in proximity to our painting operations in line with lean manufacturing principles. Our part marking and final inspection area is also co-located in this new space for further integration and seamless product flow.

Rene Espinosa, Director of Mexico Operations for Metal Finishing, has this to say about the expansion: “I’m very pleased with our new paint shop area which will increase our capacity while improving our product flow.
