Richard became part of our team in 2008, and currently oversees all operations within Metal Finishing Company. His background is in the engineering field as he studied Mechanical Engineering at Kansas State University. Prior to joining our company, Richard served as Director of Quality for a prominent manufacturing company for 13 years. Richard has been married to his wife Elizabeth since 1999, and they have two children, Emily and Austin. In addition, they enjoy family activities like sporting clays, traveling to small towns, and front porch sitting.
