Electro-Zinc Line

Metal Finishing Company has installed and is operating a new fully automated twenty-foot long by five-foot deep electro-zinc line at the East Harry location. This line is strategically located in the same location as the hard metal heat treatment division. This allows a customer to ship parts requiring heat treatment and commercial zinc plating to one location, saving time and shipping costs. The customer can issue one purchase order for both services. The zinc bath is Trivalent clear zinc and meets the more commonly required now REACH standard. Yellow dichromate is also available in this line if it is required. The size of the line ensures a quick turnaround and exceptional quality.
